Please note that if you want to apply as a delegate to the Special Court for Sierra Leone, you have to fill out a separate registration form.
Terms and Conditions
Please submit the registration form to cuimunxv@gmail.com . For late registration, please contact us personally.
Once you have received confirmation of receipt of your registration form, please pay the delegate fee of £35, otherwise a late payment fee of £3 per delegate will be incurred or the places may be given to delegations on the waiting list. (Please note that the delegate fee includes a traditional formal hall dinner in one of the Cambridge colleges and a champagne reception afterwards).
There is no limit on the number of delegates, however the CUIMUN XV committee reserves the right to limit the size of a delegation in case of oversubscription. The head delegates shall be notified.
If delegates are not accepted due to over-subscription they will be placed on a waiting list. If places become available, delegates will be notified as soon as possible.
The Cambridge Model United Nations Society does not take any responsibility of arranging accommodation and/or travelling. However, we are very pleased to help.
