Terms and Conditions

Registration closes 10th of October 2008. Please submit the registration form to cuimunxiv@gmail.com by this date the latest.
For late registration, please contact our Secretary personally.
Once this document has been sent to our Secretary, the delegation has agreed to submit a payment of £17, to be received two weeks after confirmation of the places by our secretary. Late registration or late payment demands a delegation fee of £20.
There is no limit on the number of delegates, however the CUIMUN XIV committee reserves the right to limit the size of a delegation in case of oversubscription. The head delegates shall be notified.
If delegates are not accepted due to oversubscription they will be placed on a waiting list. If places become available, delegates will be notified by 15th of October 2008.
Costs of committee dinners and pub-crawls, as well as the social events, are not included in the delegate fee and have to be paid for additionally.
The Cambridge Model United Nations Society does not take any responsibility of arranging accommodation and/or travelling. However, we are very pleased to help.
